1. While using the gun, I think he'd brace himself.
2. While running, his knees are too high up.
3. You suck at jumping poses.

xD, at least I know with you around my ego will never become overinflated...
1: Remember, he is a very heavy reploid, and he's just using a pistol.
2: Hmm, I see what you mean, though I didn't really intend the gold to be his knees. It's just the brim of his boots.
3: Erm, ok. I realize that I forgot to fix one of his hands, which I need to do. Other than that, the only reference I have is X... Is this one better? If not, would you point me toward a model so I can learn better?

He looks like he's skipping...

He is wearing long, classic cold-weather gloves. He has elbows, but the goves reach somewhere a few inches above them, so they aren't as obvious as, say, X's.

Sorry, I like the name as is... Wouldn't you get bitter if someone made you wear silly gloves and elf boots which, because they are part of you, you can never take of as long as you live?!

Clutter should be fine for a costume. Most of the one's I've worn have been, at least. I see what you mean about the crotch, I'll fix it eventually.
And to keep my topic bumped, I'll post this quick thing I made as an avatar for the VGF RPG. My first try of something in vaugely FF style...

Suckage work on the boots. Looks like you all but copied and pasted them from one to the other. Except one looks slightly rotated. And also, his muscles wouldn't be that evident from a shirt like that, due to a shirt that tight being very uncomfortable. I'm talking about the arm, but the chest is fine, as it looks like he has a bullet proof vest on underneath. But his ear looks retarded.

Alright, for my closing piece on this thread, I think that I'll post a mmbn sprite, just to tick off Yuyu for not posting a jumping sprite... xD

Woohoo, Steve's posting again! Although this is probably his last post, because of Yuyu, Prof. Burito and others.
Anyways, good work on the sprite. He looks like he's in a good position for standing even though he's floating.

Eh, boots are a little wonky, but overall it's pretty good.
The shading and face remind me of something from Final Fantasy or CoM.

My latest piece there is another Dark King remake (I posted an earlier, uglier armored one here eariler) http://pixeljoint.com/pixelart/31203.htm This one features the same number of colors as the original, lotsa fun color blending and other goodies.
